A satellite workshop will be held to have technical discussions on the presentations related to Solid-State Sensors at QI2023 Poster Session.
We plan to have technical discussions by sharing the presentations (posters) and receiving advice from invited speakers from overseas.
This is a valuable opportunity for participants of the QI2023 Poster Session and we encourage you to be part of it.

Objective

Fostering young researchers related to Solid-State Sensors and researcher’s interaction at the QI2023 Poster Session.

Important Notice for Poster Presenters

1.Submission of PowerPoint presentation

Please send 1-2 PowerPoint files for a 1-minute presentation (in English) starting at 16:03 on the day of the presentation to the Secretariat.

2.Individual poster presentations (1 min/person)

In order to save time, the submitted PowerPoint files will be prepared in one file on the PC for presentation, therefore, please use it for your presentation.
The file should contain at least the title, name of author, affiliation, and key diagrams.
The bell will ring in one minute.

In order of poster number. (Poster numbers are those beginning with PO-SE in the QI2023 Poster Session.)

3. Poster display

Please bring your poster from the QI2023 venue to Tokyo Tech by yourself and post it by 16:00.
  Posting time: Thursday, 17 November, 14:00-16:00.  Please post your poster during this time.
  Posting location: Panels for posting posters will be provided at the venue, and they should be displayed in the designated areas. Poster numbers are displayed at the top.
・Posters will be displayed in the order of poster number (PO-SE-xxx).
・All magnets and other materials necessary for poster display will be provided at the venue.
・Please pick up your poster at the end of the workshop.
